Following on the successful Senior Scout Adventure Magaliesberg in January 2022, the Gauteng Region will be hosting the Gauteng JamboRally in December 2023, a week-long summer camp adventure for Scouts aged 12 and older.
Dates: Scouts arrive from midday on Thursday 14 Dec 2023
Closing parade 15:00 Wednesday 20 Dec 2023
Venue: Calabash Farm near Mooinooi, Magaliesberg
Age: Open to Scouts aged 12 and older (as at 14 December 2023)
Each Patrol of 9 Scouts will camp and hike together, with one Adult Leader per Patrol
Event Fee: R 1950 per Scout
R 1350 per Adult Leader (staff)
Equipment: Patrol camping equipment, but Scouts should bring personal kit suitable for hiking, packed in a rucksack.
Programme: JamboRally 2023 will offer 7 days of action-packed summer activities in the Magaliesberg:
