• South Africa’s national bird is called the Blue Crane, and the star constellation is called “grus,” which can be found in the Southern Sky.
• The 2nd Africa Scout Moot motto is “Phezulu Nangephuzulu,” which translates to “Higher and higher” so come and soar to new heights with Scouts South Africa in 2026!💪
• Blue is our color because we have gorgeous open skies and stunning water sources.
